Architectural concept project presents a luxurious, scalable waterfront residential complex designed to adapt seamlessly to various beachfront curvatures through innovative parametric design principles. The complex features over 20 private villas, each offering a harmonious blend of modern luxury and privacy, making it an ideal retreat for discerning homeowners.

Villa Layout and Design

Each villa is meticulously designed to ensure complete privacy while maintaining a connection with the surrounding environment. The villas are interconnected by expansive wooden terraces, which not only enhance the communal aesthetic but also serve as private outdoor spaces. These terraces include:

• Ground Floor: A boat dock and a spacious terrace ideal for outdoor lounging and entertaining. The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a dining room, kitchen, and living area that all offer panoramic views of the water. The large glass windows allow for an uninterrupted view of your docked boat, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the waterfront.
• First Floor: This floor houses three generously sized bedrooms, each equipped with its own walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom, the largest of the three, boasts panoramic windows that offer breathtaking views of the water, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
• Unique Features: A standout feature of the villa is the private office, which is easily accessible from the garage. This double-height room includes a full-height library, a private terrace, and expansive windows that span two stories. The office is designed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal, offering a sophisticated space to meet clients without them entering the main living area. The garage-facing full-height window allows you to showcase your vehicle collection while working, adding a personal touch to your workspace.

Optional Features

The design also includes an optional sauna space on the water-level terrace, providing a relaxing retreat with direct access to the boat dock. Alternatively, this space can be configured as additional storage, depending on the owner’s needs. The terrace also includes a designated area for barbecues, enhancing the outdoor living experience.

Scalability and Adaptability

The complex’s design is inherently scalable, with the ability to adjust the number of villas and their placement based on the specific beachfront curvature. The parametric design at the heart of this project allows for easy adaptation to different site conditions, ensuring that each villa maintains its connection to the waterfront while offering complete privacy to its residents.
